Our process
1. First
Contact
Get in touch to discuss your concerns regarding your child’s needs and arrange a time to visit with us. Always feel free to call us to say hello, ask questions and find out more about our services!
2. On
-Boarding
We'll arrange a time for you to meet with one of our planners for an on-boarding session. In this session we'll discuss the services you're looking for and how we can support you.
3. Initial Consult
In the initial consultation we'll arrange to have our therapists review case history, prior assessments, recommendations and any other information you'd like to share. We will then develop treatment plans detailing how we will work with you and your child.
4. Commence Therapies
The frequency of the therapy sessions are agreed upon after the initial assessment and treatment plans are presented for review before we get started. We'll then continue to work with you throughout the duration of the therapy sessions on-going.
